This is the first of, hopefully, many posts about my fledgling daemon army. It's already had one outing on the table although some, many or few daemons may have resembled fantasy goblins and Empire militia men. For an account of the battle (where they got well and truly spanked) see Admiral Drax's blog.
In fact Drax is the reason for starting this blog in the first place. He swears by its ability to get you off your bum and get paining so hopefully I'll be able to add lots of cool photos of daemons and the like.
The eventual aim is to collect a Chaos army large enough for a game of Apocalypse. Drax has enough Guard to play Apocalypse against himself, and though my heart really belongs to the brave boys of the Imperium, every goodie needs and equally good baddie to pit their wits against. Besides, I got thrashed the last game I played so watch this space as I light a black candle, sacrifice a goat, and await reinforcements!
